Wall Township, NJ – Key Software Systems, makers of Xcelerator and MobileTek, first met with Metro 1 Courier Delivery and Logistics in 2007 when they were reviewing options for dispatch, operations and mobile software solutions. Since then, both companies have been focused on growth and providing measurable results for their customers.
Initially, Metro 1’s software vendor at the time was going out of business, forcing them to look for a software solution that would provide the functionality they needed in a tight timeframe for migration. They wanted more options to communicate with drivers, a streamlined approach to their scheduled, routed and on-demand volume and an accounting system to meet their customers’ needs.
